31 things I have Loved about being 31!

On this night before a kiss 31 good-bye and embark on year 32, I thought it appropriate to do a running list of some of my favorite things about this last year! These come in no particular order or ranking.

1) Getting a greater grasp of God's grace and the Gospel, and how it is an everyday matter.
2) Being set into a perfect "family" that God chose for me called "North Wake".
3) The number trips I've taken to see my littlest nieces and nephew!
4) Flying to Portland, Oregon to visit Karisse, experiencing Portland and it's food cart amazingness.
5) Rediscovering the joy of sewing and the love of my very own machine!
6) Blissful weeks of summer
7) Discovering the awesomeness of having a roommate, I really like to be with.
8) Readjusting to the challenges and blessing of living by myself.
9) SPRING BREAK!!
10) Going to Disney Work with my best friend.
11) Beginning the journey to Take Shape For Life.
12) Seeing several of my friends become mothers for the first time.
13) Watching God orchestrate the marriage of two awesome people.
14) Getting to watch God change lives and hearts up-close and personal.
15) Learning the place I really belong as a teacher.
16) Getting a really awesome deck built by my awesome "brothers"
17) God providing for all my needs and several of my wants.
18) Losing 59 pounds and counting.
19) My college roomie, Karisse moving into my time zone and seeing her more often.
20) Fitting into a size large clothing item
21) Creating my own Cinderella costume
22) Seeing my community both near and far be proud of my weight-loss efforts.
23) Shane and Shane in concert at North Wake
24) The number of days remaining in this school year.
25) Random snow fall in late February.
26) The number of students that God is using to sanctify me and reveal my sinful heart.
27) Giving Christmas away rather than getting stuff we don't need.
28) Generosity in the form of clothing to wear as I change sizes.
29) Once Upon a Time nights with the girls
30) Discovering a love of certain green vegetables that I didn't feel passionate about before.
31) A year full of life and blessings from God.

Here's to a new year! Bring it on 32!!!
